I know this is nine years old, but WHAT IS THAT CLACKING SOUND when he moves the glideboard back and forth. That shouldn't be happening. Is there a something about this particular model of TG that this (annoying) noise was/is the norm?

But why do you misinform leople with misleading totle of losing belly fat thats just marketing. Be real be honest. There is no such such thing as spot losing belly fat. Water to move fat to muscle. Eat live food and incrwase metabolic rate. Add exercise but keep in ge tle if stressed or your body will activate cortisol the fat storing hormone. No malice meamt just be honest

Hi. Thanks for your channel. I have the very 1st model of Total Gym. Haven’t used it in many years. I’m 69 now and in bad shape. Using a cane and have lost much muscle mass over the years. My own fault of course, but now I want to take action and get healthier. What videos do you have that are geared toward the elderly that have gotten weak? Also, it’s very hard to constantly change the bar from the top for arms to the bottom for legs. What piece of equipment could I buy that the beginning model would take, to keep a bar or platform at both ends? Money is an issue. I can’t afford to buy a newer Total Gym.
